We’re actively expanding our West Coast team at Flash and looking for a Regional Business Director to drive strategic growth and oversee the success of our regional business operations in the Pacific Northwest. As a Regional Business Director, you’ll focus on scaling partnerships, optimizing performance, and guiding a team to deliver results. This role is centered on strategy, relationship-building, and operational excellence. What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution for regional growth, fostering partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to expand Flash's footprint in the parking technology space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process, ensuring alignment with regional goals and company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to the unique dynamics of your region.
- Oversee the performance of regional sales and operational teams, driving results while optimizing profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to provide actionable insights for regional growth.
- Act as a liaison between regional teams and corporate leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
- Represent Flash at trade shows and industry events, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and promoting our innovative solutions.
- Manage reporting processes, including performance analysis, forecasting, and project updates, to ensure transparency and accountability.
