Job Description
Parking NW is looking for multiple Part Time Lot cleaners to work in our downtown Portland locations.
7am - 2:30pm/1pm-5pm five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweeping and cleaning parking lots in a safe and timely manner
- Report any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safety, equipment, and lighting.
- Notify manager of any situations that may require further attention or action and report hazardous situations and conditions.
- Maintain assigned equipment and supplies with due care and diligence.
Requirements
- Driver’s License
- Own vehicle with full coverage insurance (mileage will be reimbursed at .70 cents per mile)
- Dependable and Reliable
- Detail Oriented
- Can work autonomously
- Able to work in all seasonal elements
Wages and Benefits
- $20 per hour $0.70 per mile incurred
- Uniforms provided
