Sales Representative (1099 | Hybrid)
Specializing in Apartment & Commercial Property Towing Contracts
Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: $40,000/year base (hourly equivalent) uncapped commission
Expected Earnings: $6,000–$10,000 per month based on performance
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in a hybrid 1099 role. Your primary focus will be securing new towing service agreements with multifamily apartment communities, commercial properties, and property management companies throughout the Austin area.
With Austin’s continued residential & commercial development, demand for professional towing enforcement services is increasing daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage decision-makers at apartment communities, commercial buildings, and property management companies
- Conduct cold calls, targeted emails, and in-person visits to leasing offices and management teams
- Present our no-cost towing service as a value-added service for keeping parking lots in communities safe, accessible, and compliant
- Secure new service agreements and coordinate with our operations team for account onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, expos, and client meetings
Compensation:
- $40,000/year base equivalent (hourly under 1099 structure)
- Uncapped commission based on weekly revenue generated by contracted properties
- Average monthly earnings range from $6,000 to $10,000 based on sales performance
- Weekly commission payouts tied directly to property performance
Performance Expectations:
- Close 6–8 new apartment contracts within your first 90 days
- Leads will be provided to support your efforts, but you’ll also be expected to actively generate new opportunities through your own outbound prospecting and relationship-building.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven success in B2B sales, especially cold outreach and in-person prospecting
- Comfortable walking into offices and confidently engaging with property staff
- Strong knowledge and Proficient in HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, independent, and goal-driven
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Willingness to complete our internal towing industry training course
