The Opportunity

Sales Associate primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and processing fuel and merchandise sales efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Prepare food and drinks while adhering to health standards.
• Manage cash, funds, and products responsibly.
• Prepare shift-change reports and balance cash registers accurately.
• Verify customer IDs for restricted items and follow regulations.
• Assist with tasks to maintain store operations.
• Adjust sales strategies to increase profitability based on customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Incredible customer service skills and ability to create a customer-focused culture.
• Physical ability to respond promptly to emergency situations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
