- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing using our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Manager order statuses, proactively communicating any delays
- Generate and manage backorders for out-of-stock products, providing timely updates
- Keep customers informed about order statuses and any changes, fostering transparency and trust
- Address and resolve logistical issues, working closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in a logistics coordination or a related field
- Proficient in dispatching operations, ensuring efficient coordination and communication.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, sales representatives, and warehouse personnel
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using POS systems and inventory tracking software
