The Opportunity: The Car Wash Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and profitability of the car wash, including all tasks essential to car wash operations.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate, Encourage, and Effectively Challenge All Car Wash Employees.
- Inspect Parts, Equipment, or Vehicles for Cleanliness, Damage, and Compliance with Standards or Regulations.
- Scrub, Scrape, or Spray Machine Parts, Equipment, or Vehicles, Using Scrapers, Brushes, Clothes, Cleaners, Disinfectants, Insecticides, Acid, Abrasives, Vacuums, or Hoses.
- Apply Paints, Dyes, Polishes, Preconditioner's, Waxes, or Masking Materials to Vehicles to Preserve, Protect, or Restore Color or Condition.
- Maintain Inventories of Supplies.
- Monitor Operation of Cleaning Machines and Stop Machines or Notify Supervisors When Malfunctions Occur.
- Employee Must Demonstrate Safe Work and Risk Management Practices and Report All Safety and Security Issues.
- Ensure That Confidentiality of Data Collected and Stored Are Maintained.
- Must Complete All Duties as Assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year of Supervisory Experience.
- Ability to Work at a Fast Pace and in Varying Outdoor Climates.
- Physical Ability to Complete Required Duties, Including Standing, Lifting, Bending, Reaching, and Walking for Long Periods of Time.
