- Valid Class A Driver's License
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
- Clean driving record

- Ability to work in all weather conditions.Summary of Responsibilities :
- Perform truck / equipment pre- and post- trip inspections; logging all inspections and reporting deficiency's to manager
- Transportation of all loads safely; including loading at terminals, bulk plants, warehouse, etc in accordance with all regulations. Following all SOP's and guidelines for loading / unloading, product securement and integrity
- Coordinate with Dispatchers to resolve any issues, problems or concerns that arise in transit or during delivery. Decide and disseminate solutions to meet and satisfy customer needs. Coordinate with management, Dispatchers, customers, and fellow employees to fulfill customer orders.
- Fill out appropriate logs and invoice / bill of lading
- Use on board truck technology
- Perform duties in aid to general care and maintenance of equipment, building and yard,
- Ensure customer orders are correct and handled and delivered by DPIM (Distributor Product Integrity Manual) standards. Monitor key performance data to anticipate customer service problems, opportunities and risks. Report problems to supervisor in a timely and accurate manner and follow-up to ensure problem resolutions.
- May assist in warehouse on an Ad Hoc basis by safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) for the purpose of moving large and heavy items safely and effectively.
