Education
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Must have five years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
- May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.
- Must be a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) by a nationally recognized
- Must have Certification in Healthcare Leadership (CHL) by IAHCSMM OR be Certified in Sterile

Skills Or Special Abilities
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and have good organizational skills.
- Must be able to diagnose operational and productivity issues and identify needs.
- Must demonstrate a working knowledge of PC hardware, including a basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of sterilization techniques and procedures and of the equipment utilized in the Operating Room/Procedural areas.
- Ensures that assigned personnel understand how they can individually and collectively provide quality
