In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality and clinical outcomes throughout the organization, working collaboratively with staff, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to optimize quality outcomes. Your expertise will help us to design, implement, and evaluate patient-care processes and models of care delivery, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care to our patients.

- Oversee quality and clinical outcomes throughout the organization
- Collaborate with staff, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to optimize quality outcomes
- Design, implement, and evaluate patient-care processes and models of care delivery
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with an active license to practice in New Hampshire
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or other health care related field required
- Master of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum three years' experience in nursing, quality, performance improvement or hospital data analytics
