Job Summary
This position will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The successful candidate will have a passion for critical care nursing and be committed to providing exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Care for critically ill patients requiring complex medical interventions
- Provide physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support to patients and their families
- Maintain competencies in hemodynamic monitoring, dysrhythmia recognition, ventilator management, and other evolving technologies
- Develop and maintain human relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
- Adapt care management to diverse populations and environments
- Advocate for patients' needs and provide care in an ethical and legal manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state of New Hampshire
- One year of critical care nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
