Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage patient needs through effective communication and therapeutic relationships
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with New Hampshire license or Compact License when applicable
  • American Heart Association BCLS and CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with proficiency in verbal de-escalation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN; ANCC Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
