Job Summary
The Clinical Quality Leader is responsible for overseeing quality and clinical outcomes across the organization, with a primary focus on stroke and sepsis. This role works closely with staff, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to optimize quality outcomes and improve patient care.
- Develop and implement highly reliable systems of care that prioritize patient safety and satisfaction.
- Assimilate and apply evidence-based information to design, implement, and evaluate patient-care processes and models of care delivery.
- Apply quality improvement methodologies and tools to drive sustainable improvements in patient outcomes.
