Job Description
The Clinical Quality-Patient Safety Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of hospital performance improvement initiatives for quality and patient safety. This position will assist with data abstraction, collection, and reporting, as well as customer feedback via complaints, grievances, and Press Ganey feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of quality and patient safety initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A registered nurse license to practice in New Hampshire.
- A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Nursing certifications, such as CNL and CNS, are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to become proficient in facility data collection software.
- Minimum three years' experience in nursing, quality, performance improvement, or hospital data analytics.
