Department : Front of House
Reports To : Restaurant Manager
Summary : A Host greets guests, takes reservations, manages waiting lists, escorts guests to tables and presents menus. They also handle phone calls and questions about the restaurant and menu as well as taking to go orders and assisting with bussing or serving duties as needed.
