We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Evaluate the quality of housekeeping services in hotels, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor and assess custodial staff performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee floor care operations, ensuring that all surfaces are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to develop and implement cleaning protocols and procedures.
- Document findings from inspections and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in industrial cleaning and housekeeping management.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, custodial services, or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
