Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of a best-in-class dispatch method that manages by exception and ensures customer satisfaction while ensuring efficiency and profitable operations
- Building and sustaining a core competency and culture in logistics, establish it as a competitive differentiator for operations and customer service
- Leverage existing technology to maximize productivity, improve service levels and delivery upon ROI/ROC commitments
- Provide regional teams with training, resources, processes, and tools required to be effective in their roles
Requirements:
- Equivalent combination of experience and education (Bachelor's degree would be nice to have)
- 2 years fuel industry experience
- Track record in implementing routing and service technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to travel (around home state)
