Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.00, depending on skill and experience. In addition to your base pay, you may also be eligible for quarterly bonuses of up to $200. Our benefits package includes 11 paid holidays, paid time off after six months on the job, 401k, and company health plan options with employer contribution. We also provide tools and winter clothing and boot allotments to support your success in your role.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on rental units, including painting, cleaning, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. You will also maintain property grounds, assist in coverage of the after-hours maintenance emergency line, and keep working areas clean and organized. Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a working knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical work. Previous experience in any trade is preferred, but not required. You must be able to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and be willing to learn and take direction. Additionally, you must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and driving record check.
