What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV Park Managers position at Parklane Real Estate Management?
Seeking Full Time On-Site Management Duo (Office & Maintenance) Benefits include FHU. (RV Required, this is an on-site position).
Seeking a management couple who has Mobile Home Park or RV Park Management experience. Excellent customer service skills, can manage co-workers well and enjoys working with the public. Must have basic bookkeeping and computer skills. Experience with social media is desirable and hands on experience with property management software a must.
Responsibilities and qualifications for day-to-day operations include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining grounds & facilities, cleaning, organizing, repairs and overall maintenance.
- Familiar with Statutes and Rules pertaining to RV Parks or Mobile Home Parks, eviction process, marketing, sales and leasing.
- Experience with computers; Microsoft Office programs, email, scanning, etc., preparing and managing budgets, reading and understanding financial statements.
- Processing invoices (accounts payable). Proficient in business communications.
- Experience with obtaining bids, creating a scope of work, supervising vendors, overseeing construction projects.
