What You’ll Do
As the Manager, Client Operations, you will oversee projects and initiatives that support ParkMobile’s Account Management and Client Services teams driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless client experiences. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in developing strategies and programs that empower our client-facing teams to excel. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance across client-facing teams.
Analyze data and evaluate processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, creating actionable recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to design and execute initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and streamline workflows.
Oversee the effective utilization of tools such as Salesforce, Agiloft, and Looker to maximize team efficiency and outcomes.
Manage the Account Operations team, providing hands-on leadership and mentorship to foster growth and accountability.
Act as a liaison between client-facing teams and other internal departments to align resources and priorities.
Who You Are
Proven leader with 5 years of experience in operations, client services, or a related field.
Experience managing and mentoring a team, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive results.
Based in Atlanta, GA.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, processes, and systems for improvement opportunities.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior leaders.
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Agiloft, Looker, or similar platforms (preferred).
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities.
A self-starter with a positive, optimistic attitude and a passion for innovation.
