Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize warranty processes.
- Analyze and interpret warranty data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve warranty claims.
- Develop and maintain warranty reports and dashboards.
- Travel to customer and manufacturing locations for part reviews and investigations.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide technical analysis and reports.
- Support problem-solving and verification of corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing locations and customers.
- Presentation of warranty performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warranty engineering or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with OEM warranty management systems.
- Proficiency in relevant customer warranty portals and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Up to 50% travel required to customer and manufacturing locations.
