In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. You will also provide education and support to patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

- Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patients' requests, proactively anticipating patients' needs, and resolving them
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about patients' medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures
