Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BDC Agent located in Charlotte, NC at Parks Chevrolet Charlotte. The BDC Agent will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales-related inquiries.
