Responsibilities – HR Coordinator assumes the responsibility and is accountable for the following Human Resources responsibilities :
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, and training and developmentResponsible for Orientations of new hires on Monday and Thursday of each weekAdd and process new hires into HRIS and all other information systems to include Reynolds, The Hub, Award Co and any other information system required at hireUpdate, audit and maintain gas card informationProvide support to Human Resources team members, Payroll and Management Teams.Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Human Resource and payroll files and recordsPerform periodic audits of Human Resources files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriatelySchedule Human Resources meetings, events and maintain agendas and calendarsAssist with planning and execution of special events such as employee recognition events, holiday parties and retirement celebrationsAct as backup to the Human Resources Specialist and Applicant Tracking SpecialistAssist with future acquisitions (Off-site)Perform other duties / projects as assignedAssumes the responsibility and is accountable for the following Jostle “The Hub”Maintain accurate and up to date digital and electronic Human Resources files, records and documentationMaintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices reviewing policies and practices to maintain complianceQualifications / Requirements – HR Coordinator :
Human Resources and Payroll experience is requiredKnowledge of Reynolds, The Hub, Award Co and any other information system is a plus!Must be organized, detail oriented, able to work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task efficientlyGood working knowledge of Excel and data extractionExcellent communication and customer service skillsA positive attitude and good work ethicProfessional appearanceHigh school diploma or equivalentPlease upload your resume.
