The Parks Automotive Group is seeking to hire a Payroll Processor to process weekly and semi-monthly payroll in addition to monthly commissions. The successful applicant will work closely with HR to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of payroll requests and questions. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities – Payroll Processor :
Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll in addition to monthly commissionsSupport all internal and external payroll related inquiries and requestsAssist with maintenance of digital and electronic payroll recordsSchedule meetings, interviews (if needed) and maintain agendasWork closely with HR to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of payroll requests and questionsServe as liaison between payroll and third-party vendorsOversee the completion of employee garnishments and the employee upload processesMaintain and process wage withholdingsEnsure time and attendance punches, PTO (paid time off) request monitoring and proper reporting is completed and accurateMonitor 401(k) enrollments and loans on a weekly basisAssist Payroll Manager in any other tasks assignedQualifications / Requirements – Payroll Processor :
At least 2 years’ payroll experience, auto dealership experience preferred but not requiredUtilizes exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and emphasis on qualityProven time management and follow through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Google with advanced proficiency in Excel and OutlookExperience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables a plusPossess a high level of dependability, maturity, confidentiality, and courtesyDisplays superior written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skillsDisplays tactful, mature and professional demeanor with well developed interpersonal skillsUses problem solving skills and past experience to overcome workplace challenges, develop new processes, and define outcomesMust be able to sit for long periods of timePositive attitude and great sense of humor!Please upload your resume and complete the online assessmentMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.About us :
