Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet dealership sales goals
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
- Greet customers and assists customers to identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
- While ensuring each customer has a premium buying experience
- Explain features and demonstrate operations of vehicles in the showroom and/or on test drives
- Communicate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances and discounts
- Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
- Provide complete reviews of vehicle features and benefits during sale processes and at the time of delivery
- Engage in business development
- Address customer concerns
- Engage customers after a sale for follow-up
- Keep the lot neat and orderly as a team
- Other job duties as assigned by your manager and or salesperson that you are assigned to
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in sales is a plus but not necessary. We will train the right person
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning potential
- Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record and be deemed insurable to drive by our insurance company
- Must complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
