What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Service Coordinator position at Parks Ford Hv Llc?
Job Responsibilities:
- The purpose of this position is to be paired with a full-service Mobile Technician as a daily coordinator.
- Each morning review requested work list and create a plan for technicians workday.
- Accompany technician to work locations, generate all repair orders through Reynolds
- One-Step with appropriate repair lines.
- Using Autopoint, perform each multi-point inspection for the vehicles at that location while technician is working on the first vehicle.
- After MPIs are complete, needs to communicate with customer about anything that was found during initial check over.
- Assist technician by performing minor repairs, assisting with larger repairs.
- With certain accounts, this will involve being at one location all day. In other situations, there may be multiple locations to service. If there are multiple locations this person will ensure the technician is on schedule, then transition to the next location to begin the process again.
- Primary job role will be to keep the technician busy all day, and will work to maximize efficiency of the mobile team.
- Communicate consistently with service advisor at the dealership to convey any information the is important to properly bill and invoice repair work.
- Communicate with advisor to proactively plan work ahead for our accounts.
- Monitor to customers proactively
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Valid driver license and a good driving record
- Professional personal appearance
- Must be able to represent the dealership in a professional manner
