The Tru by Hilton Columbia Greystone is seeking a highly enthusiastic hotelier to join our team as an Executive Housekeeper! The hotel offers a fun and exciting opportunity to work with a "service first" company with future growth opportunities. The Hotel has 117 guestrooms featuring essential business amenities including Hilton’s four-zone lobby with work spaces, in-room entertainment, a 24/7 market, and a modern fitness center. The Tru by Hilton’s mantra is to offer these great amenities while remaining grounded in value. The hotel is located at 185 Stonebridge Dr, Columbia, SC 29210.

The Ideal Candidate
- Can work in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding work environment.
- Accountable for hiring, onboarding, training of all housekeeping team members.
- Develop and maintain positive team member relations.
- Work closely with all departments to report and resolve issues and maintain hotel service standards.
- Conduct and maintain inventory of all linens, in-room amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Technologically proficient.
- Monitors staff performance and ensures department standards are achieved.
- At least 3 years of hotel housekeeping experience. Prior Hilton experience a plus.
- Previous supervision experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Can work holidays and weekends.
