- Location: Work from home (We want people who live within driving distance of Rock Hill, SC as we do have in-person meetings often)
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
- Base Salary: $36,000 per year, with performance-based bonuses available- No prior experience necessary; we’ll provide the training you need to succeed
**Responsibilities:**
- Make 85-100 calls per day to assist clients with their health insurance needs, call volume varies according to the quality of the calls
- Provide excellent customer service and support the clients with their needs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
