What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Specialist position at Parks Management Company Llc?
Job Description:
- Post daily banking items for contract funding and other EFT items as necessary
- Reconcile the bank daily
- Payoff floorplan daily and floor vehicles as necessary
- Reconcile the floorplan account monthly
- Assist with inner-company accounts receivable reconciliation each month
- Post credit card transactions monthly
- Other projects and duties as asked
Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-5 years dealership experience in multiple areas of the accounting office including accounts receivable, accounts payable, deal posting, inventory, floorplan, finance reserve and deal posting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products with advanced proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred but not required
- Utilizes exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and emphasis on quality
- Proven time management and follow-through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines
