What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Processor position at Parks Management Company Llc?
Job Responsibilities:
- Processes weekly and semi-monthly payroll in addition to monthly commissions
- Support all internal and external payroll related inquiries and requests
- Assist with maintenance of digital and electronic payroll records
- Schedule meetings, interviews (if needed) and maintain agendas
- Work closely with HR to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of payroll requests and questions
- Serve as liaison between payroll and third party vendors
- Oversee the completion of employee garnishments and the employee upload processes
- Maintain and process wage withholdings
- Ensure time and attendance punches, PTO (paid time off) request monitoring and proper reporting is completed and accurate
- Monitor 401(k) enrollments and loans on a weekly basis
- Assist Payroll Manager in any other tasks assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Utilizes exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and emphasis on quality
- Proven time management and follow through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Google with advanced proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Experience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables a plus
- Possess a high level of dependability, maturity, confidentiality, and courtesy
- Displays superior written and oral communication skills and employs effective listening skills
- Displays tactful, mature and professional demeanor with well developed interpersonal skills
- Uses problem solving skills and past experience to overcome workplace challenges, develop new processes, and define outcomes
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Positive attitude and great sense of humor!
- At least 2 years payroll experience, auto dealership experience preferred but not required
