The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description The selected candidate will work under the direction of the Administrative Specialist 1, SG-18, in the Regional Business Office. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Manage accounts receivable invoicing and revenue reconciliation functions in the Regional Business Office.• Enter data into revenue tracking applications and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Applications include Aspira, Parks Operations and Revenue Tracking System, Concessions app, etc.• Review weekly revenue packets from each facility, comparing reports and mailing deposit slips to the Albany Office.• Prepare utility bills for rental properties and concessions for review, and ensure they are ready for mailing.• Log photocopies of rental property payments and utility payments, ensuring proper documentation.• Log payments received, prepare deposit slips, record deposit receipts, and update deposit spreadsheet for review.• Utilize the Payroll Reporting System bi-weekly to generate reports for Temp/Seasonal budget tracking.• Adhere to the agency’s Code of Conduct Policy and ensure compliance with all guidelines, policies, and procedures in the performance of daily tasks.
