What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Parkshore Resort?
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance engineer for a busy beachfront resort and restaurant. Must be available weekends. Must have excellent electrical & mechanical skills.
- Will perform preventative maintenance & repairs in the resort, building, grounds, restaurant, and guest room including but not limited to, heating and air-conditioning systems, plumbing fixtures, sprinkler system, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, appliances, and pool and spa.
Must have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
