Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute specialized cleaning duties including carpet cleaning and floor care to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and requests promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Experience in carpet cleaning techniques is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments, including hotels or private residences.
