PARKSIDE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Grants Pass School District No. 7 is seeking outstanding candidates for the position of Parkside Elementary School Principal.
Brief Description of Position
- The principal assumes the primary administrative responsibility of creating and supporting an instructional and learning environment that demonstrates improvement in student achievement.
- The principal assumes the responsibility for teacher evaluation, staff development, budgetary requests and expenditures; interpreting and implementing Board policies and administrative regulations.
Salary Range: (Estimated) 2025-2026 Salary Range: $113,363-$133,990
Education/Experience: M.A. or M.S. required with a background of successful educational and/or administrative experience including a current Oregon Administrative License or ability to obtain an Oregon Administrative License by July 1, 2025.
Personal Qualifications: Candidates should possess outstanding qualities of leadership, strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative leadership style, and be a team player with demonstrated ability to work with fellow administrators, staff, students, and parents. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate their ability to act with integrity and fairness in leading Parkside Elementary School’s award-winning learning community. Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish preferred.
