Parkside is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Trust & Family Office team in Denver. This role primarily involves coordinating client communications and administrative support for our advisors, with occasional analyst responsibilities as needed.

COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES (80%)

  • Assist with the creation and completion of client paperwork
  • Manage an efficient onboarding process for new account relationships
  • Support scheduling of client experiences, including some venue coordination and third-party contractors
  • Service client needs and collaborate with Trust & Family Office colleagues to ensure the highest level of service
  • Communicate and work with support teams to maintain accurate client data in multiple client management systems
  • Assist with preparation of client meeting materials
  • Assist clients with account questions and educate clients on various online management tools
  • Coordinate money movement transactions
  • Maintain accurate client data

ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES (20%)

  • Assist with the preparation of materials for periodic client meetings, which includes creating and/or updating reports such as cash flows, financial statements, and asset allocations summaries
  • Review and track client account applications, transfers, and directives
  • Assist advisors with various special projects and requests
  • Continue to expand knowledge of comprehensive wealth management including Financial Planning, Tax Planning, Asset Management, Risk Management and Estate Planning

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required, finance or business preferred
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial industry
  • Obtained relevant industry certifications and/or willing to complete coursework pertaining to certifications
  • Willing to become a notary, if not one currently
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Motivated self-starter with analytical skills
  • Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team
  • Eager to learn new skills in a variety of financial planning areas using multiple software applications
  • Able to focus on key priorities and thrive in a complex and ever-changing environment
  • Strong work ethic
