Parkside Kia is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a BDC Sales Agent. This is a Full Time base plus commission sales job in the auto industry, located in Knoxville, Tennessee. As a BDC Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting the dealership's products and services, and achieving sales goals.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads and follow up with potential customers via phone, email or text
- Build rapport and trust with customers to determine their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed set monthly and annual sales goals
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotions
- Utilize dealership CRM system to track customer interactions, appointments, and sales progress
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proven sales experience in a similar role, ideally in the auto industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
