We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Certified Medication Technician (CMT), Level 1 Medication Aide (L1MA), or join our team on a full-time basis The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, providing quality care to residents, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications accurately and according to prescribed dosages
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Document all care provided in residents' charts
- Handle emergencies and medical situations with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Valid CMT, L1MA,
- Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
