Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and create new dishes that reflect seasonal ingredients.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Assist with catering events, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented according to client specifications.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen equipment.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation of dishes.
