Parksite is hiring a Building Products Specialist to join our ParksitePROS team in Northern Minnesota! This remote role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for building products, business to business sales, and jobsite interaction. You’ll conduct installation observations on both residential and light-commercial construction projects, focusing on the DuPont™ Tyvek® Weatherization Systems.
Responsibilities include researching target accounts and their construction practices, supporting the Specialist team with demand generation efforts, collaborating with building material suppliers to ensure adequate product inventory. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, strong documentation, and a proactive approach within the Northern Minnesota territory.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct jobsite observations for DuPont™ Tyvek® Weatherization System installations and maintain thorough documentation using approved methods.
- Collaborate with team members to research target accounts and their product usage in the field. -Create and maintain an annual business plan for DuPont™ Tyvek® products.
- Develop and demonstrate foundational knowledge of Tyvek® installation techniques, in line with current best practices.
- Identify and support clients in need of field training for DuPont™ Tyvek® systems.
- Work closely with dealers and building product suppliers to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to meet regional product demand.
- Take part in corporate initiatives and other projects as needed.
Job Qualification /Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with residential and light commercial construction or remodeling is preferred.
- Hands on experience with B2B sales and Business Development.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required to travel throughout the Northern Minnesota territory for site visits, B2B interactions, and research.
