We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on building and managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and strategically driving sales initiatives in your territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets, delivering top-notch service, and embodying the Parksite sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Consistently create and nurture new relationships while strengthening existing ones with customers, vendors, and channel partners.
- Sales Performance: Conduct productive, value-driven sales calls and work full, pre-planned days to exceed sales performance targets.
- Pipeline Development: Identify growth opportunities, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and effectively manage it through the stages of the sales cycle.
- Sales Execution: Implement sales initiatives strategically, defend business efficiently, and optimize time allocation to maximize sales results.
- Operational Excellence: Fulfill all operational responsibilities, including properly following internal procedures for product requests, funds, price changes, and e-commerce setups.
- Merchandising: Lead and support merchandising efforts to optimize product displays and drive sales growth across key product lines.
- Collaboration: Leverage relationships with vendor representatives and cross-sell other Parksite business units to expand opportunities. Collaborate with demand creation teams and dealer OSRs to enhance sales reach.
- Strategic Focus: Maintain focus on key initiatives, such as increasing ratios of flashing to roll goods and railing to decking and achieving new product sales targets.
- Sales Objectives: Meet and exceed annual sales goals, including $150K in new stocking dealer orders and growth in non-Azek product sales.

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the building materials or related industry.
- Ability to manage a territory and exceed sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in pipeline management.
- Knowledge of Parksite’s product offerings is a plus.
