We are seeking a Financial Advisor Assistant / Client Services Coordinator, whose role is pivotal in ensuring seamless administrative operations and enhancing client experiences. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients needing administrative assistance, supporting the advisor in all non-production aspects of the business, and nurturing strong, trust-based client relationships. Position Details:
- Job Title: Financial Advisor Assistant / Client Services Coordinator
- Location: 3350 Noble Way, Suite A, Valdosta, GA 31605
- Schedule: For the right candidate, this position could be part-time or full time. Our office operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday. We are open to discussing arrangements that suit both parties. While some remote work may be possible, the role is primarily in-office to ensure cohesion with our processes, our team, and our clients.
- Compensation: Along with the flexibility in determining your work schedule, we are open to discussing a compensation package that reflects the qualifications and expertise of the selected candidate. Competitive and commensurate with experience and work schedule, ranging from $20,000/year to $40,000/year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks to allow the advisor to focus on client acquisition and asset management
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our financial advisor, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses/solutions
- Keep detailed records of all past, present, and future items/interactions in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, specifically Redtail, and physical filing system.
- Support the financial planning process by gathering and verifying client information
- Coordinate scheduling, manage phone communications, and handle mail correspondence
- Troubleshoot and resolve any client technology concerns related to their accounts
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records of client accounts
- Conduct light financial analysis to help clients understand their positions
- Assist with compliance-related tasks in collaboration with our broker-dealer, Cambridge Investment Research
- Serve as front-desk receptionist by answering phones, monitoring emails, and warmly greeting clients upon arrival to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
- Plan and execute client events, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional client service
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify service enhancements and opportunities to grow the client base
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administrative and/or client services roles, ideally within the financial services sector or other compliance-regulated industry
- Familiarity/proficiency with Cambridge, Redtail, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office
- Literacy in personal financial instruments
- Background or coursework in business, finance, or a related field
- Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong written communication skills for client correspondence and internal documentation
