Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking an opportunity to shine? We're actively looking for full-time RN Supervisors to join our dynamic team across various shifts:
- 7am-3pm Shift
- 3pm - 11pm Shift
- 11pm - 7am Shift
As an RN Supervisor at Parkview Care and Rehabilitation Center, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier nursing care and services. Reporting directly to our Director of Nursing, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and nurturing a highly efficient and compassionate team of licensed nurses and nursing assistants. Your responsibilities as an RN Supervisor/Unit Manager will include maintaining the utmost quality of nursing care, strictly adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures, and ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record as an LTC RN Supervisor is a must.
- Possession of a valid NYS RN License is mandatory.
