The Operational Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Nursing services Manager/Director in daily operations of the patient care unit. This position requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the provision of safe, quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical personnel and operational issues for the provision of safe, quality patient care in a specific patient care area
- Support the Nursing Services Manager/Director in mentoring and professional development of staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Three years progressive clinical experience in related field of nursing
- Valid Indiana registered Nurse license
- CPR certification
