What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education Services Onboarding Coordinator position at Parkview Health?
Summary
Under the leadership of the Supervisor of Education Services, responsible for onboarding students entering the health system to complete a learning opportunity in both the paid and unpaid capacity. Works closely with students to ensure tasks are completed and paperwork is processed appropriately.
Works in collaboration with Education Services Consultants to ensure students are set up for success on their first day at Parkview. This process includes, but is not limited to, creating new profiles in ATS and HR system, review of drug screen and physical results, review of background investigations, review of vaccinations status, management of student rosters, and validating that students comply prior to their scheduled start date.
Also manages administrative projects for the Education Services Department, including but not limited to internal leader inventory, compliance, document preparation and other administrative and receptionist-based functions.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Administration or Human Resources experience preferred. Experience with web-based programs required.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Demonstrates exceptional communication, time management, organization and customer service skills.
Demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Team player, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication with high level of presentation skills.
