- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong keyboard and multi-line phone operation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
