Specifics of The Role Full time position 36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time Flexible hours to accommodate work life balance 6 weeks of vacation annually Office is located at 15333 Hunters Ridge Lane, Huntertown, IN 46748 Office is located on the Northwest side of Fort Wayne, with easy access to Interstate 69 Clinical support consists of RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants.
