What are the responsibilities and job description for the PPG Clinical Supervisor-LPN position at Parkview Health?
Summary
Responsible for overall supervision and operations of the designated physician office(s). Workswith management and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goalsand objectives of lineof business.
Education
Must have completed an LPN program.
Licensure/Certification
ValidLPN license required. Maintains CPR certification.
Experience
3 years experience in a physician office setting or related field; supervisory experience preferred. Electronic medical record experience preferred. Staff scheduling experience preferred.
Other Qualifications
Musthave solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, clinical quality and education initiatives. Must be familiar with computers.
