What are the responsibilities and job description for the SOS Business Operation Analyst position at Parkview Health?
Summary: Organizes supply chain business operation projects leveraging technical abilities to synthesize complex analytical tasks into easily understood data-driven stories. Works with SME’s and key department and functional area personnel to ensure timely development and accurate content of required documentation; recommends revisions or changes in scope, formatting, and content as identified. Engages with multiple stakeholders and uses data to evaluate issues and initiatives in order to facilitate and provide insight on supply chain goals and projects. Interfaces with business teams and I.T. teams seamlessly. Develops “As-Is” and “To-Be” process diagrams and procedures. Performs quality control reviews on process document content and formatting prior to initiating change control procedures. Creates user guides, writes technical documentation as well as easy-to-use work instructions.
Education: Requires Bachelors of Science degree in supply chain, logistics, computer science, business or related field.
Experience: Five years of progressive computer science, supply chain, or accounting experience required. Five years of experience with Microsoft SQL and/or Access required. Project management and Lean/Six Sigma preferred. Demonstrates ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and process oriented with an ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
