Parkview Hospice provides professional health care in the privacy of homes and in many area long-term care facilities. As a service of Parkview Health, we are a not-for-profit agency providing services to meet our patient and caregivers special needs. We are also licensed by the state of Indiana, accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and certified by Medicare and Medicaid, with locations in Columbia City, Fort Wayne, Huntington and Kendallville, serving northeastern Indiana.
, Parkview Hospice Helpers assist with a variety of tasks. Helpers may sew, knit or crochet items for patients and families such as gowns, stuffed bears, lap throws, shawls, washable bed pads and walker bags. Helpers are not required to attend training.
