Maintenance Technician

Job Requirements

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Able to complete work orders
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be HVAC Certified, and have experience with electrical and plumbing.

Requirements:

• Trade school degree or certificate preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC/refrigeration installation/service
• EPA certification
• An equivalent of experience, education and other qualifications may be considered
• Prior experience with installation, remodeling and building a plus!
• Schedule will consist of a monthly rotating weekend where on call
